The method of binding the core together has been improved to ensure a more consistent and reliable finished component. Details may be found in the official PCN document HERE, effective 12-05-17.
If your company currently purchases any part in the EE5CS series, know that this change does not affect the form, fit, or function of the part. Parts purchased after the PCN effective date will be fully compatible with your existing board.
